FATAL CRASH INVESTIGATION

According to the Federal Highway Administration, nearly 40 percent of all traffic collisions occur at intersections. These crashes are often caused by factors such as driver error, speeding, distracted driving, and reckless operation of vehicles.

Candice Bond, an experienced auto accident attorney, stated that in cases like this, an independent investigation conducted by a qualified attorney is essential to protect evidence and safeguard the rights of a grieving family.

“In addition to the thorough work of law enforcement, an attorney can re-interview key witnesses, review any available surveillance footage from the crash scene, and obtain phone and text records from the responsible party,” said Bond, Managing Partner of Bond Legal and a national analyst for Accident Injury News.

“Serving as an advocate, an attorney can guide families through this difficult process while ensuring their rights are protected and that drivers who violate traffic laws are held accountable,” Bond added.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

The family members of Laraina Holder may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim. Families of wrongful death victims may seek compensation for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, emotional distress, and other damages following a tragic accident.

“We understand the immense challenges families face after such a loss, and protecting their legal rights is essential,” said Stefano Formica, Of Counsel with Bond Legal.

“A wrongful death attorney will stay informed on the official investigation and work to ensure the family’s best interests are represented. Relatives of wrongful death victims are entitled to seek damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident,” Formica added.
