SIMPSONVILLE—Fredda Watt, a 60-year-old resident of Simpsonville, died from injuries sustained in a crash on Feb. 24.
Police reported that the incident happened on N.E. Main Street when a car struck Watt, who was riding a bicycle.
Emergency responders transported Watt to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries a week later.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office ruled her death as accidental, caused by blunt force trauma.
The Simpsonville Police Department and the coroner’s office continue to investigate the crash.
