Victorville’s Abril Farfan Dies in Apple Valley Motorcycle Wreck

FATAL MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team (M.A.I.T.) is leading the investigation.

Motorcyclists are about two dozen times more likely than passenger car occupants to die in a crash per vehicle mile traveled, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the results of the investigation, family members of Abril Farfan may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim, where they may seek damages for loss of love and companionship, funeral costs, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic and sudden loss.
