CRASH INVESTIGATION

National data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that 39,345 people lost their lives in traffic crashes across the United States in 2024, with 642 of those fatalities recorded in the state of Oklahoma.

“Road conditions, visibility, and lighting are all possible contributing factors considered and examined,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner with Bond Legal. “Blind spots, inexperienced drivers, and distracted motorists often cause these types of collisions. Serving as an advocate, an attorney can help compassionately guide a family during this difficult time while ensuring that a driver is held accountable if they do not obey traffic laws,” added Bond, a national legal analyst for Accident Injury News.

“An accident reconstruction team is sometimes needed to help piece together what happened. All of these resources are necessary for helping clients receive monetary compensation for damages or a loss following a collision,” Bond further noted.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the findings of the investigation, the family of Tyler Brown may have grounds to pursue a wrongful death claim. Loved ones of wrongful death victims can seek damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a catastrophic accident.

“The stress and sorrow can be extremely overwhelming after losing a loved one in an accident,” said Stefano Formica, Of Counsel with Bond Legal. “We recognize the profound grief families carry in the wake of these tragedies, and standing up for their rights is something we take seriously. A wrongful death attorney will remain current on the official investigation and work to ensure that the victim’s legal rights and best interests are protected every step of the way,” Formica added.
