HEAD-ON CRASH INVESTIGATION
Head-on crashes are the most dangerous accidents on our roads. Although they account for only two percent of all collisions, they account for more than 10 percent of all crash-related fatalities.
Candice Bond, an experienced auto accident attorney, said in cases such as this, it is imperative to have an independent probe conducted into the collision by a seasoned lawyer to protect the rights of the victim’s family.
“Time is of the essence in cases such as this, and the family of the victim must ensure that evidence is reviewed efficiently,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal.
“An accident reconstruction team is sometimes needed to help piece together what happened. All of these resources are necessary for helping clients receive monetary compensation for damages or a loss following a collision,” said Bond.
“Serving as an advocate, an attorney can help compassionately guide a family during this difficult time while vigorously protecting their legal rights and interests.”
WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM
Pending the investigation, the family of Tommy Moorehead may pursue a wrongful death claim. Family members of wrongful death victims may seek damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident such as this.
“Stress and sorrow can be extremely overwhelming after losing a loved one in an accident,” said Bond.
“We understand just what families must go through, and having their rights protected is vital. A wrongful death lawyer will stay updated on the official investigation and help ensure that their legal rights and best interests are protected.”
