TULSA, Okla. — A 21-year-old woman lost her life on Sunday after sustaining critical injuries from a June 6 crash in midtown Tulsa.
Tulsa Police officers responded to the intersection of S. Darlington Avenue and E. 41st Street around 9:30 p.m. Friday. An eastbound vehicle on E. 41st Street crashed into another vehicle turning south onto Darlington.
Spencer Roberts was driving the vehicle that was struck in the intersection. First responders transported her to an area hospital in critical condition. Roberts died from her injuries Sunday at the hospital.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle was also hospitalized. That driver sustained a foot injury in the collision.
Police have not released additional details about the circumstances of the crash. The Tulsa Police Department continues investigating the fatal accident.
