CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED

Mr. Muflehi’s grieving family is now left coping with the loss of their loved one.

During such a difficult time, it is important for families to consider legal guidance. An attorney can act as an advocate, assisting with the independent collection of evidence and handling interactions with insurance companies, which may attempt to settle claims for less than their full value.

“Insurance companies are financially motivated to limit compensation and often do not take into account the long-term impact and suffering victims endure,” said Candice Bond, an experienced auto accident attorney and Managing Partner at Bond Legal.

“Attorneys work diligently to advocate for their clients, ensuring they are treated fairly and receive the compensation they deserve,” added Bond, a national analyst with Accident Injury News.

Each year, approximately 36,000 people are killed and another 1.9 million are injured in motor vehicle accidents in the United States. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, leading causes of fatal crashes include speeding, impairment from alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lanes, failure to yield, and distracted driving.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

The family members of Saleh Ali Mohamed Muflehi may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim. Families of wrongful death victims can seek compensation for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic accident.

“We understand just what families are forced to go through, and having their rights protected is vital,” said Stefano Formica, Of Counsel with Bond Legal. “A wrongful death lawyer will stay informed on the official investigation and help ensure that their best interests are represented. Relatives of wrongful death victims are entitled to pursue damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident.”
