LONG BEACH, CA, (April 05, 2026) – Heaven Hooper, 49, was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash in Long Beach, according to police.
Authorities said Hooper was struck by a Toyota Tacoma at about 3:55 a.m. near Ninth Street and Fashion Avenue. The driver fled the scene following the collision.
Hooper was transported to a hospital, where she later died. The investigation remains ongoing.
