Orcutt pickup rollover crash kills Carlos Huerta-Hernandez, CHP says

Rollover crashes, while less frequent than other collision types, are among the most deadly traffic incidents in the United States. Vehicles such as SUVs and pickup trucks are especially vulnerable due to their higher center of gravity.
