Nicole Deaver killed after UTV rollover crash in Brooklyn WI

BROOKLYN, WI, (April 18, 2026) — A 40-year-old Fairwater woman died following a UTV crash Saturday afternoon in Green Lake County, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities identified the victim as Nicole Deaver. The crash occurred at approximately 5:05 p.m. near the intersection of Princeton Road and Honeysuckle Lane.

Investigators said the UTV was traveling east when the driver failed to negotiate a curve, causing the vehicle to crash. Deaver suffered fatal injuries in the incident.

Three other individuals were injured in the crash and were treated for their injuries. Officials did not immediately release details regarding their conditions.

The crash remains under active investigation as authorities work to determine contributing factors.

UTV ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION

UTVs are commonly used for both recreational and work purposes across the United States.

However, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, nearly 135,000 people are injured or killed annually in UTV and ATV-related accidents nationwide. These crashes can result from mechanical defects, excessive speed, driver negligence, or operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Candice Bond, an experienced UTV accident attorney, emphasized that in cases like this, conducting an independent investigation is critical to uncover all contributing factors.

“Time is critical in incidents like these, and the victim’s family must ensure that all evidence is promptly preserved and reviewed,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal. “An attorney can thoroughly evaluate the circumstances of the crash and utilize expert resources to determine what led to the incident.”

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the investigation, the family of Nicole Deaver may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim. Families of victims can seek compensation for loss of companionship, emotional suffering, and other damages following a tragic accident.

“The grief and emotional burden after losing a loved one can be overwhelming,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal. “We understand what families go through, and protecting their legal rights is essential. A wrongful death attorney will monitor the investigation and help ensure that the family’s best interests are represented.”
