MOTORCYCLE CRASH INVESTIGATION

This incident highlights the serious dangers motorcyclists encounter on roadways each day. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), 6,218 motorcyclists were killed or injured on U.S. roads in 2022.

“Motorcyclists are among the most vulnerable road users, and several factors can contribute to deadly crashes,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal.

“Blind spots, inexperienced drivers, and distracted driving are often involved in these incidents. In many cases, accident reconstruction specialists and motorcycle experts are needed to determine the exact cause,” added Bond, an experienced motorcycle accident attorney.

“These resources are essential in helping victims and their families obtain compensation after a collision. Attorneys can engage expert witnesses, review driver histories, locate witnesses, and assess insurance coverage,” said Bond, a national legal analyst for Accident Injury News.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Following the investigation, the family of Randall Abernathy Sr. may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim. Families can seek compensation for loss of companionship, emotional distress, and pain and suffering after such a tragic accident.

“The grief and emotional toll after losing a loved one can be overwhelming,” said Stefano Formica, of counsel at Bond Legal.

“We understand the hardships families endure, and protecting their legal rights is crucial. A wrongful death attorney can monitor the investigation and help ensure the family’s best interests are represented.”
