MOSES LAKE, WA, (April 21, 2026) — A woman was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Grant County near Moses Lake, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).
Authorities said the collision occurred at approximately 10:42 a.m. on State Route 17 near Potato Frontage Road at milepost 49.7. Investigators reported that a GMC Sierra pickup was stopped on the southbound shoulder when the driver attempted to re-enter traffic and failed to yield to a southbound 2006 Ford Mustang.
The vehicles collided and came to rest on the northbound shoulder of the roadway.
The driver and passenger of the pickup truck were transported to Samaritan Hospital with injuries. Officials confirmed the pickup driver will be charged with failure to yield.
The driver of the Ford Mustang, identified as 51-year-old Michele A. Razey of Quincy, was airlifted to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center with serious injuries.
WSP continues to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
