FATAL HEAD-ON ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION

Candice Bond, a seasoned auto accident attorney, noted that head-on crashes can stem from a range of contributing factors, including driver error, distracted driving, impairment, fatigue, and deficient road design.

Data from the Insurance Information Institute shows that approximately 3,631 motorists lose their lives in head-on accidents each year. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has also reported a 58 percent fatality rate for vehicle occupants involved in frontal impact crashes annually.

Bond emphasized that in tragedies like this, retaining an experienced attorney to conduct an independent investigation is critical to preserving key evidence for a grieving family.

“An attorney can collect the proper evidence to help prove that a driver’s actions were reckless, which requires a variety of resources,” said Bond, Managing Partner of Bond Legal. “As an advocate, an attorney can help compassionately guide a grieving family during this difficult time, protecting their legal rights and best interests, while ensuring that a driver who does not obey traffic laws is held accountable.”

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

The family members of Maxwell Parman and Adam Schultz may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim. Loved ones of wrongful death victims may seek damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress in the wake of a tragic or catastrophic accident.

“The stress and sorrow can be extremely overwhelming after losing a loved one in an accident,” said Stefano Formica, Of Counsel with Bond Legal. “We understand the immense burden families are forced to carry, and safeguarding their rights is absolutely vital. A wrongful death attorney will remain closely involved with the official investigation and work tirelessly to protect the family’s legal rights and best interests throughout the process.”
