FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-vehicle accident that occurred July 1 at a Warren County intersection.
Troopers responded to the scene around 2:30 p.m. near Ohio 123 and Robinson Vail Road.
Lisha Graham, 46, of West Carrollton, drove a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and died at the scene, according to highway patrol officials.
Investigators said a 2006 Lexus ES ran a stop sign and struck Graham’s vehicle as it traveled southeast along the highway. The Hyundai then hit a 2015 GMC Sierra driving in the opposite direction, leaving two occupants with minor injuries.
The Lexus driver also suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
