AMARILLO, TX (Aug. 12, 2026) — A 23-year-old motorcyclist was killed Wednesday in a crash with a tractor-trailer in Amarillo.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Kaden Mathias Arenas, of Amarillo, was riding northbound on Farm-to-Market Road 1151 when he was struck by a tractor-trailer that was turning left onto the entrance ramp of State Loop 335, entering the motorcycle’s path.
Arenas was taken to the hospital, where he died. The crash remains under investigation.
