EL PASO, TX, (October 16, 2025) — A tragic crash early Thursday morning claimed the life of 32-year-old Eduardo Adrian Munoz, who was struck by an alleged drunk driver in northeast El Paso, according to the El Paso Police Department.
Authorities said Munoz was riding his motorcycle along the 10900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at approximately 3 a.m. when a Toyota RAV4, driven by Jose Francisco Acevedo Osorio, allegedly rear-ended his motorcycle. Munoz sadly died at the scene. Another motorcyclist traveling nearby was injured in the crash.
Police arrested Osorio, 24, and charged him with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault in connection with the fatal collision.
