MOTORCYCLE CRASH INVESTIGATION

This accident underscores the dangers that motorcyclists face on our roadways each day.

More than 6,300 motorcyclists were killed on American roads in 2023, according to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) data. Those crashes accounted for 15% of all fatal traffic crashes during the year.

“Motorcyclists are among the most vulnerable people traveling on our roadways, and a number of factors can contribute to fatal collisions,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal.

“Blind spots, inexperienced drivers, and distracted motorists are frequently contributing factors in these types of crashes. Accident reconstruction specialists and even motorcycle manufacturing experts are often needed to help determine exactly what occurred,” added Bond, an experienced motorcycle accident attorney.

“These investigative resources are essential in helping clients pursue monetary compensation following a collision. Your attorney has the ability to retain expert witnesses, conduct driver background checks, identify witnesses to the crash, and review applicable insurance coverage,” said Bond, who is a national legal analyst for Accident Injury News.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the investigation, the family of Dennis Kenser Jr. could pursue a wrongful death claim. Family members of wrongful death victims may seek damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident such as this.

“The stress and sorrow can be extremely overwhelming after losing a loved one in an accident,” said Stefano Formica, of counsel at Bond Legal.

“We understand the difficult challenges families must face during this time, and protecting their legal rights is essential. A wrongful death lawyer will remain informed about the official investigation and help ensure that their legal rights and best interests are protected.”

“An attorney can protect victims from large insurance companies and their legal teams while thoroughly examining every aspect of the accident. Legal counsel will vigorously advocate for a family that has lost a loved one, helping ensure their rights remain fully protected.”
