BILLINGS, MT — June 1, 2026 — A 67-year-old Billings woman died Monday evening following a two-vehicle collision at a city intersection, according to the Billings Police Department and the Yellowstone County Coroner’s Office.
The crash occurred at approximately 6:16 p.m. at the intersection of 36th Street West and Monad Road, when a Lexus GX460 and a Subaru Outback collided, police said. The driver of the Lexus, identified by the Yellowstone County Coroner’s Office as Danette Jane Hill of Billings, died as a result of injuries sustained in the wreck.
A second individual involved in the collision was transported to a local hospital with unspecified injuries. Their current condition has not been disclosed by authorities.
The Billings Police Department said its investigation into the crash remains ongoing. No additional details regarding the circumstances of the collision have been released.
