MOTORCYCLE CRASH INVESTIGATION

The accident that left the couple seriously injured highlights the risks that motorcyclists face on roadways every day.

Each year, approximately 84,000 motorcyclists are injured in crashes across the United States. About 35% of collisions involving a motorcycle and another vehicle occur when a driver fails to yield the right of way.

Candice Bond, an experienced motorcycle accident attorney, stressed the importance of conducting an independent investigation to safeguard victims’ rights.

“Motorcyclists are among the most vulnerable road users, and many factors can contribute to crashes,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal and a national analyst with Accident Injury News. “Blind spots, driver inexperience, and distracted driving are frequent causes. An attorney can bring in expert witnesses, review driver histories, locate witnesses, and evaluate insurance coverage, while guiding clients through the legal process and protecting their rights.”

PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM

Brittany Bowman and Dakota Bowman may have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit. Stefano Formica, Of Counsel with Bond Legal, explained that the stress following a serious accident can disrupt every aspect of life, including family responsibilities, work, finances, and overall quality of life.

“Although financial compensation cannot undo the harm caused by a serious injury, it is essential that victims understand their legal rights and options,” Formica said. “Those injured in this crash may be eligible to pursue a claim and recover damages for medical expenses, future care, pain and suffering, and emotional distress.”
