GREENVILLE, S.C. — A Union man died Monday when an Amazon delivery vehicle collided with his car on Pacolet Highway.
Bobby Andrew Peak, age 61, was riding as a passenger in a 2008 Lexus that crashed with the delivery truck around 5:10 p.m., according to the Cherokee County Coroner’s Office.
The Lexus was heading west on Pacolet Highway when the Amazon truck tried to make a left turn into a driveway in the 1000 block. The vehicles collided during the turn.
First responders pronounced Peak dead at the scene.
The Cherokee County Coroner’s Office is investigating the fatal collision.
