CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED

Speeding continues to be one of the most dangerous driving behaviors in the U.S. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reported that 11,775 people were killed in speed-related crashes in 2023, accounting for nearly one-third of all traffic deaths. Excessive speed reduces a driver’s ability to react quickly and increases the severity of collisions.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the results of the investigation, the family of Andru Luque Felix may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim to seek compensation for loss of companionship, emotional distress, and other damages following a devastating crash.
