Brantley, AL (June 28, 2026) — One person died and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash early Sunday near Brantley, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
A 2016 Jeep Patriot struck a 2013 Honda Odyssey at the intersection of Alabama 189 and Crenshaw County 43, approximately six miles southeast of Brantley, at around 5:20 a.m.
Amilcar Sacul Sergio, 27, of Enterprise, who was driving the Odyssey, was transported to Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery for treatment of his injuries.
A passenger riding in the Odyssey, a 59-year-old Enterprise man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Jeep, a 17-year-old, was also transported to an area hospital.
ALEA is continuing to investigate the crash, which remains under review. Anyone with information is asked to contact authorities.
